Particulate removal upgrades and retrofits from Verantis include:

  • Adding a venturi scrubbing system for small-volume applications
  • Adding an ionizing wet scrubber (IWS®) to the end of an equipment train to reduce extremely fine particulate from existing particulate scrubbers and to dramatically improve efficiency with minimal pressure drop (<1.0 inches WC)

Adding a combination dry/wet scrubbing configuration that includes sorbent injection in the baghouse followed by a packed tower.
